- 2 extra large potatoes
Directions

1Place prepared carrots in a stew pot.

2Cook until almost done. Add peas and potatoes.

4Add 3 tablespoons of good cooking butter.

5Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until all ingredients are done and tender.
