- 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Garbanzo Beans, Rinsed And Drained
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 3 Tablespoons Tahini
- 2- 1/2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/4 teaspoons Cumin, Generous
- 18 teaspoons Cayenne
- 2 Tablespoons Greek Yogurt
- 18 teaspoons Salt To Taste
- 2 Tablespoons Water (may Use A Bit More Or Less!)
Directions

1Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until desired consistency.

2Add water 1 tablespoon at a time, using more if the hummus is too thick.

3Spoon into a serving dish and garnish with a swirl of olive oil (garlic oil works well!)

4and a sprinkle of paprika.

5Serve with pita or tortilla chips or crisp veggies.
