Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Garbanzo Beans, Rinsed And Drained
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 3 Tablespoons Tahini
  • 2- 1/2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoons Cumin, Generous
  • 18 teaspoons Cayenne
  • 2 Tablespoons Greek Yogurt
  • 18 teaspoons Salt To Taste
  • 2 Tablespoons Water (may Use A Bit More Or Less!)

Directions

    Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until desired consistency.

    Add water 1 tablespoon at a time, using more if the hummus is too thick.

    Spoon into a serving dish and garnish with a swirl of olive oil (garlic oil works well!)

    and a sprinkle of paprika.

    Serve with pita or tortilla chips or crisp veggies.
