  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 1 (2 layer) yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/4 c. butter, cut in small pieces

Directions

    Dump pineapple and juice into a (9 x 11 or 13-inch) baking dish.

    Add cherry pie filling, spreading evenly over pineapple. Sprinkle dry cake mix over fruit.

    Top with nuts and butter.

    Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour or until brown.
