- 1/2 to 3/4 c. olive oil
- 1/4 to 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 3 to 4 crushed garlic cloves or to taste
Directions

1Drain beans.

2Combine in food processor or blender with oil, lemon juice and garlic.

4Vary consistency as desired with more or less oil or lemon juice.

5Garnish with sesame oil or parsley.
