- 1 can chickpeas
- 2 large or 3 small lemons
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 or 3 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsp. tahini paste
Directions

1In a large bowl, crush garlic and salt together.

2Add drained chickpeas, lemon (squeezed) and tahini sauce.

3Mix with blender/hand blender or mixer until smooth.

4Serve with Lebanese bread/pita chips.
