- 1 12 tablespoons lemon juice
- 34 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 34 teaspoon ground cumin
- 12 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 12 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Drain and rinse the beans and combine in food processor with other ingredients.

3Taste and adjust seasonings.
