  • 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled seed removed
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, destemed
  • 14 cup cilantro leaf
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

Directions

    Rinse and drain garbanzo beans.

    Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree to desired consistency.

    To thin, add 1 tbsp water at a time.
