Hummus Veggie Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Hummus
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese, Divided
  • Your Favorite Pizza Dough (homemade Or Store-bought)
  • 1 cup Broccoli Florets
  • 1/2 cups Yellow Corn
  • 1/2 cups Zucchini, Diced
  • 1/2 Medium Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Directions

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

    In a medium bowl, mix together hummus and 1/2 cup ricotta cheese until well combined.

    Spread evenly over pizza dough and add broccoli florets, corn, zucchini, and red onion.

    Give it a few grinds of salt and pepper.

    Drop remaining ricotta cheese over pizza.

    Transfer pizza to oven (I baked mine on a pizza stone) and bake for about 20 minutes, or until pizza appears done.

    Let cool a bit and slice and eat.
