  • salt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 c. tahini to taste
  • 1/3 to 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • olive oil
  • chopped parsley

    Drain and puree garbanzos.

    Pound salt and garlic together into a smooth paste.
