- salt
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 c. tahini to taste
- 1/3 to 1/2 c. lemon juice
- olive oil
- chopped parsley
Directions

1Drain and puree garbanzos.

2Pound salt and garlic together into a smooth paste.
