  • 2- 15 oz. cans chick peas
  • 6 Tbsp. sesame Tahini
  • 3/4 c. lemon juice, fresh
  • 5 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 tsp. salt

    Partially drain chick peas.

    Place all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth.

    Let it sit in refrigerator for at least 8 hours.
