- 1 round steak
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup
- 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1 egg
Directions

1Brown steak on both sides; salt and pepper lightly.

2Mix hamburger, 1/2 package mushroom soup and 1/2 package onion soup with bread crumbs.

3Spread on steak.

4Roll up and tie both ends and middle with string.

5Mix remaining soups and buttermilk; baste steak while baking.

6Bake for 1 hour or until steak is tender at 375°.
