- 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 oz. crushed cornflakes
- 4 c. cauliflower florets, parboiled
- 1 large egg white, lightly beaten
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Spray a large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

3On a large piece of wax paper, combine flour and seasonings.

4On another piece of wax paper, place cereal.

5Coat florets evenly in flour mixture.

6Place egg white in shallow bowl.

7Dip florets in egg white, then coat in cornflake crumbs.

8Place florets on prepared sheet.

9Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden and tender.
