- 4 cups Fresh Corn Kernels
- 1 Tablespoon Fajita Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 3/4 teaspoons Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 1 whole Red Bellpepper, Chopped
- 1/2 whole Jalapeno, Seeded And Chopped
- 1/2 cups Green Onion, Chopped
- 1/4 cups Fresh Chopped Cilantro
- 1/4 cups Fresh Lime Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Orange Juice
- 2 whole Ripe Avocados, Diced
Directions

1Saute corn, fajita seasoning, salt and pepper in vegetable oil for 6-8 minutes or until corn is golden.

2Let cool.

3Add all other ingredients to mixture except avocado.

4Chill mixture for 30 minutes.

5Stir in avocado just before serving.

6Great with tortilla chips and/or corn chips.
