  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 3/4 c. onion, chopped
  • 3/4 c. green peppers, chopped
  • 1 small can mushrooms and juice
  • 1 small jar pimentos and juice, chopped
  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cooked macaroni (2 c.)
  • bread crumbs

Directions

    Cook macaroni and drain.

    Combine soup, mayonnaise, mushrooms with juice and pimentos and juice.

    Toss macaroni with onion, pepper, mushroom and pimentos.

    Arrange in 2 layers.

    Macaroni, cheese and sauce.

    Top with crumbs and bake for 35 minutes at 350°.
