- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 3/4 c. onion, chopped
- 3/4 c. green peppers, chopped
- 1 small can mushrooms and juice
- 1 small jar pimentos and juice, chopped
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cooked macaroni (2 c.)
- bread crumbs
Directions

1Cook macaroni and drain.

2Combine soup, mayonnaise, mushrooms with juice and pimentos and juice.

3Toss macaroni with onion, pepper, mushroom and pimentos.

4Arrange in 2 layers.

5Macaroni, cheese and sauce.

6Top with crumbs and bake for 35 minutes at 350°.
