- 6 to 6 1/2 c. sifted flour
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. warm milk
- 2 sticks oleo, melted
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 2 yeast cakes or 2 dry
- 1 c. sour cream
- 3 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in milk.

2Combine the rest of the ingredients. Add yeast and milk mixture, blending very well.

3Divide dough into 4 or 5 parts, depending on length of nut roll wanted.

4Roll about 1/4-inch thick.

5Spread with nut filling; roll up, jelly roll fashion.

6Let rise for 1 hour or until double in size.

7Bake in a 350° oven for 30 to 40 minutes.

8Yields 4 large rolls, cookie sheet length.
