- 6 large to medium potatoes
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
- 1 medium onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- garlic powder to taste
Directions

1Boil potatoes in jacket until almost done.

2Cool, peel and slice.

3Melt oleo in saucepan.

4Add soup and sour cream.

5Add salt, pepper and garlic powder.

6Alternate layers of potatoes and mixture.

7Sprinkle with grated cheese.

8Cook in oven at 350° until hot throughout and cheese is melted.
