Hunting Style Veal

- 2 medium sized veal steaks
- 2 sections garlic
- 1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
- 1 can tomato puree or tomato paste
- 6 to 8 firm green peppers
Directions

1Brown garlic in cup of Wesson oil.

2Lift out.

3Cut veal in 1-inch squares.

4Brown in oil after garlic is out.

5Salt to taste. Begin adding tomato puree a little at a time until it makes a brown gravy.

6Add rest of oil.

7Wash all seed from green peppers and cut in quarters.

8Keep turning them under meat until they are tender.

9Takes about 40 minutes.

10Serve with rice.
