- 2 lbs ground beef
- 4 15 oz cans Hunt's tomato sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 pkg. 1/3 less fat Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 10 oz light sour cream
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1 12 oz pkg medium egg noodles
- 2 c shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown ground beef and drain fat through a colander.

2Return meat to pan and add tomato sauce.

3Let simmer for 15 minutes.

4Add salt and pepper to taste.

5Set aside.

6Chop green onions.

7Mix together 1 1/2 pkg. of the cream cheese and sour cream.

8Mix well by hand; do not use a blender.

9Add green onions.

10Set aside. Boil noodles according to pkg directions.

11Drain well.

12In large casserole dish begin layering ingredients beginning with sauce, noodles, more sauce and then cream cheese mixture.

13Repeat.

14Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.

15Add cheddar cheese and cook until cheese melts.
