- 1 slab baby back pork ribs
- 6-8 lemon slices
- dry barbecue rub (if desired)
- 4 sheet heavy-duty aluminum foil
- your favorite sauce to serve with the ribs
Directions

1Cut rib slab in half. Grill over hot coals for 10 minutes per side (or broil in oven for 5 minutes per side). Layer aluminum foil sheets and place 1/2 rib slab (meat side down) on foil. Layer with 1/2 of the lemon slices. Stack additional 1/2 of slab on top and repeat lemon layer. Seal foil and place in oven at 375 for 1 hour. Remove from, DO NOT open foil, and place in an ice chest. In NO SOONER than 2-1/2 hours you are ready to serve. They will be hot and the meat will fall off the bones. You can wait up to 4 hours and still have pleasantly warm ribs.
