- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. quick oats
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 2 sticks butter, melted
- 2 c. flour
- 1 jar caramel ice cream topping
- 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
Directions

1Press this on a cookie sheet and bake 15 minutes at 400°. Crumble while warm.

2Put 1/2 crumb mixture in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch cake pan.

3Drizzle 1/2 jar of caramel ice cream topping over top. Spread 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream that is softened slightly. Put remaining crumb mixture over ice cream.

4Drizzle remaining caramel topping over crumbs.

5Freeze until ready to serve.
