- 1 Tbsp. Knox gelatine
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 2 egg whites, beaten
- pinch of salt
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 pt. whipping cream
- semi-sweet chocolate
Directions

1In top of double boiler, dissolve gelatine in cold milk.

2Cook until hot.

3Cream the egg yolks, sugar and salt.

4Gradually add to hot milk and cook until thick, 10 to 15 minutes. Cool. Whip the cream.

5Beat egg whites and fold into cooled, cooked mixture. Pour into 2 baked graham cracker crusts.

6Grate chocolate on top.
