  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. oatmeal
  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. margarine
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • vanilla ice cream
  • 8 oz. jar caramel topping

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except ice cream and caramel topping, together.

    Put on a cookie sheet and bake at 400°, mixing every 5 minutes.

    Put half of mixture into casserole dish.

    Top with vanilla ice cream, then pour caramel topping over ice cream; then top with remaining crumbs.

    Freeze.

    Cut in squares to serve.
