  • 2/3 c. shortening
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 6 Tbsp. ice water
  • 1/4 tsp. vinegar

Directions

    Mix flour, shortening and salt.

    Add water and vinegar; mix sparingly.

    For best results, place ingredients in a cool place (fridge) an hour before making crust.

    Makes 1 double or 2 singles.
