- 1/4 c. apricot preserves
- 1/4 c. pineapple preserves
- 1/4 c. Kraft salad dressing
- 1/2 c. Russian dressing
- 1 envelope dry onion soup
- 1 chuck roast
Directions

1Place chuck roast in pan and pepper to taste.

2Cover and bake for 3 hours at 325°.

3Pour off juices.

4Pour sauce over meat. Bake 1/2 hour more.

5Serve with cooked rice.
