  • 1 lb. vanilla wafers
  • 8 bananas
  • 1 large pkg. coconut
  • 2 c. pecans
  • 1 pt. whipping cream
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 whole eggs, beaten

Directions

    Line pan with vanilla wafers, then put a layer of bananas, layer of pineapple, layer of coconut and layer of pecans.

    Take juice from pineapple, butter, sugar and eggs, cook this 3 or 4 minutes, then pour over the layers and refrigerate until well chilled.

    Serve it with whipped cream.

    Makes about 10 nice servings.
