Icebox Muffins

Directions

   Pour 2 cups boiling water over 2 cups Nabisco 100% Bran and set aside.

   Cream Crisco and sugar.

   Add eggs, buttermilk and the 100% Bran mixture.

   Sift flour, soda and salt.

   Add this to the mixture along with the Kellogg's All-Bran.

   Fold only until all dry ingredients are moistened.

   Bake as needed in greased muffin tins 2/3 full at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.
