Iced Coffee Caramel

  • 1 scoop Carte D'or Lavazza Ice Cream 25g/50ml
  • 1 teaspoon coffee granules
  • 7/8 cup boiling water
  • 2 5/8 tablespoons condensed milk caramel
  • ground cinnamon

Directions

    Place the coffee granules in a measuring jug, pour over the hot water and stir, leave to cool for 20 minutes.

    Whisk the caramel condensed milk into the cooled coffee, whisk until combined and set aside in the refrigerator to chill for a further 20 - 30 minutes.

    Scoop 1 ball of Carte D'Or Lavazza Ice Cream into a tall glass.

    Pour over chilled caramel coffee.

    Serve immediately sprinkled with ground cinnamon.
