  • 2 cup water
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 32 oz bourbon
  • 8 sprigs fresh mint (garnish)
  • 1/2 cup crushed mint leaves

Directions

    Combine water, sugar, and chopped mint on small saucepan.

    Bring to a boil over high heat until sugar is completely dissolved.

    Allow syrup to cool, approx.

    1 hour.

    Pour syrup through strainer to remove leaves.

    Fill 8 cups with crushed ice and pour 4 ounces of bourbon and 1/4 cup syrup.

    Top with mint sprightly and straw.
