- 2 12 cups coffee (brew coffee with cinnamon)
- 14 teaspoon cinnamon
- 23 cup half-and-half
- 14 cup quick sugar syrup
Directions

1Combine brewed coffee, half and half and sugar syrup until blended.

2Pour into ice pop mold and cover.

3Freeze 2-3 hours.

4Gently insert ice pop sticks into pop mold, keeping as upright as possible.

5Freeze at least another 4 hours or overnight.

6To unmold, remove cover.

7Run outside of mold under warm water and gently pry pops from mold.

8Place in freezer-safe resealable plastic bag and store in freezer until serving.

9Quick Sugar syrup: Combine 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water in a small saucepan.

10Heat over medium heat just to a simmer, stiring once.

11Cook 2 minutes until sugar is completely dissolved.

12Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.

13Makes 2/3 cup.
