- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. cracked ice
- 2 (1 oz.) sq. chocolate
- 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1/4 tsp. peppermint flavoring or 4 or 5 sprigs fresh mint
Directions

1Cut chocolate into small pieces and place in blender.

2Add sugar and hot water; blend about a minute, or stir over low heat until dissolved.

3Add other ingredients.

4Place hand on cover of blender and blend another minute.

5Serve in tall glasses and garnish with whipped cream or ice cream.
