  • 1 cup water
  • salt - to taste

Directions

    Put water and add salt as per taste in a pan and boil it.

    Turn of the gas when it starts boiling, slowly add the rice flour in it and simultaneously mix it with a wooden stapula. Try to make a dough out of it.

    Fill the kitchen press half with a spoon and press it an idli maker.

    Steam it for 8 to 10 mins.

    Serve it hot with vegetable stew / coconut chutney / coconut milk and sugar
