  • 1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
  • 6 tblsp instant minced onion
  • 2 tsp sal
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/3 cups of evaporated milk
  • Potato Frosting:
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2/3 cups evaporated milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tblsp butter
  • 1 envelope instant mashed potatoes
  • Slices of cheddar or american cheese
