  • 1 pound Elbow Macaroni
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/4 teaspoons Seasoning Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Onion Powder
  • 46 ounces, fluid Tomato Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper

Directions

    In a large pot, cook macaroni according to package directions.

    Meanwhile, in another large pot, cook ground beef until browned.

    While the meat is cooking, season with seasoning salt and onion powder to your taste.

    When the meat is done, drain off the grease.

    Add the tomato juice and stir.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Simmer until macaroni is done.

    Drain water from pasta and add to the meat and tomato juice.
