- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. minced onion
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 slices bread, cubed
Directions

1In saucepan, melt 1 tablespoon butter; mix flour.

2Gradually add milk until it comes to a boil and thickens.

3Mix onion and Worcestershire sauce and bread and cool.

4Fold in mayonnaise, salt, pepper and lemon juice.

5Melt 2 tablespoons butter until brown; add crabmeat and mix all together.

6Put in casserole.

7Bake at 450° for 15 minutes.
