  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. Bisquick
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (cream cheese should be cut into 1/2-inch squares and softened)
  • desired fruit topping

Directions

    Blend milk, eggs, sugar and baking mix in blender on high for 15 seconds.

    Add softened cream cheese and blend on high for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Pour into greased 9 x 11-inch pie plate.

    Serve with fruit topping or Sour Cream Topping.
