  • 2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, partially drained
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 5 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 stick butter, melted

Directions

    Layer pineapple in a 2-quart casserole dish.

    Mix together the sugar and flour.

    Sprinkle on top of the pineapple.

    Layer the cheese and Ritz crackers.

    Top with melted butter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
