  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. light or dark corn syrup
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1 deep dish pie crust

Directions

    In large bowl, stir eggs, corn syrup, sugar, butter and vanilla until well blended.

    Stir in nuts.

    Pour into pie crust and bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.

    Cool.
