- 1 (1 lb.) can drained, skinned and boned salmon
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. grated onion
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 3 Tbsp. dried parsley
Directions

1Remove skin and bones and flake salmon.

2Add other ingredients except pecans and parsley.

3Mix well and chill until easy to handle.

4On a sheet of waxed paper, mix pecans and parsley.

5Turn salmon mixture onto this and shape into a log.

6Serve with crackers.
