Impossible Coconut Custard Pie

  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. Bisquick
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. coconut

Directions

    Place all ingredients, except coconut, into blender or food processor (with chopping blade).

    Blend for 2 minutes.

    Pour into lightly greased pie plate, preferably glass.

    Sprinkle coconut on top and pat down with back of large spoon. Let stand 5 minutes. Bake at 350° for 4 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

    Serves warm or cold.
