- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. coconut
Directions

1Place all ingredients, except coconut, into blender or food processor (with chopping blade).

2Blend for 2 minutes.

3Pour into lightly greased pie plate, preferably glass.

4Sprinkle coconut on top and pat down with back of large spoon. Let stand 5 minutes. Bake at 350° for 4 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

5Serves warm or cold.
