  • 2/3 cup (65g) rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup (90g) Natvia
  • 4 eggs
  • 100g coconut oil
  • 100g almonds
  • 1 cup (100g) desiccated coconut
  • 2 cups reduced fat coconut milk

Directions

    Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease and line a spring form pan with baking paper.

    Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until combined.

    Pour batter into prepared pan.

    Bake for 1 hour or until golden.
