  • 4 eggs
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 stick margarine

    Beat eggs; let set.

    Blend together the milk, vanilla and margarine; combine all ingredients and mix well.

    Pour into graham cracker crust.

    Beat the egg whites.

    Add sugar and vanilla to make meringue. Cover the pie with meringue and brown under broiler. Cool and chill for 2 to 3 hours.
