  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • nutmeg

Directions

    Mix together all ingredients in blender. Pour into ungreased 10-inch pie pan. Sprinkle top with nutmeg. Bake at 350° for 55 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
