Impossible Taco Pie

   Preheat oven to 400°.

   Grease a 9 x 9-inch cake pan.

   Cook and stir together the beef and onion until meat is brown.

   Stir in seasoning mix, then spread in pan.

   Sprinkle with chilies.

   Beat milk, baking mix and eggs until smooth; pour over meat and chilies.

   Bake for 25 minutes, then sprinkle with cheese.

   Bake until knife comes clean.

   Cool 5 minutes; cut into squares.
