Ingredients: 2 lb. ground beef; 1 medium onion, chopped; 2 envelopes (1 1/4 oz.) taco seasoning mix; 2 cans (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, drained; 1 1/2 c. original Bisquick; 2 1/2 c. milk; 6 eggs; 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

2 cans (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, drained
1 1/2 c. original Bisquick
2 1/2 c. milk
6 eggs
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

Heat oven to 375°. Grease 9 x 13 pan. Cook beef and onion in skillet over medium heat until brown; drain. Stir in seasoning mix. Spread in pan. Sprinkle with chilies. Stir Bisquick, milk and eggs until blended. Pour into pan. Bake 35 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 15 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
