- 8 ounces wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 pint water, warm
- 3 tablespoons ghee, butter
- oil
Directions

1In a bowl, mix together flour, salt and a little water at a time.

2Add 1 tbls.

4Knead with hands until dough is soft and all water used.

5Let stand for 20 minutes.

6Heat a greased heavy griddle or frying pan.

7Shape dough into small tennis ball sized pieces, dust with flour and roll out

8until about 5 inches in diameter.

9Place on hot griddle and cook for a few minutes on each side.

10When bubbles appear on the surface, turn and cook other side again.

11Gently press down edges with a clean cloth, so bread cooks evenly.

12When it has brown spots, bread is ready.

13Remove from pan, smear with ghee.
