- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups dry lentils
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon ginger cube
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 5 sprigs cilantro
- 3 cups water
Directions

1fry chopped onion and oil till onions are translucent.

2add ginger garlic, salt, chilli powder, turmerics, lentils, water, and tomatoes.

3cook 3 minutes.

4put in pressure cooker.

5after 5 whistles turn off cook.

6add celantro.

7cool 5 minutes.
