Ingredients

  • 2-1/2 tbsp. hot
  • sweet paprika (that's up to you -- I like the hot stuff myself)
  • 1 tbsp. ground coriander
  • 1 tbsp. ground cumin
  • 3/4 tsp. fresh ground black
  • white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cayenne

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.

    Use as a rub.

    I put it on at least 2 hours before grilling and chill the meat.

    Then 1 hour before grilling pull it out of the fridge.
  5. 5
    And bring it up to room temperature.
