- sweet paprika (that's up to you -- I like the hot stuff myself)
- 1 tbsp. ground coriander
- 1 tbsp. ground cumin
- 3/4 tsp. fresh ground black
- white pepper
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
- 1/4 tsp. ground cayenne
Directions

1Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.

2Use as a rub.

3I put it on at least 2 hours before grilling and chill the meat.

4Then 1 hour before grilling pull it out of the fridge.

5And bring it up to room temperature.
