- 2 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.)
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 12 vanilla wafers
- cherry pie filling
Directions

1Beat cream cheese on medium speed until light and fluffy. Gradually add sugar, mixing well.

2Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

3Stir in vanilla.

4Line muffin tins with cupcake liners.

5Place a vanilla wafer in bottom of each liner.

6Spoon cream cheese mixture over wafers, filling liners full.

7Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

8Cool completely.

9Put chilled cherry (or your preference) pie filling on top before serving.
