  • 2 pounds Ground Beef
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1- 1/4 cup Ketchup, Divided
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Tablespoons Parsley Flakes
  • 2 Tablespoons Minced Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Dry Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoons Season-All Seasoned Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Basil Leaves (dry, Crushed)
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano Leaves (dry, Crushed)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Combine meat, egg, 3/4 cup ketchup, bread crumbs, parsley, onion, mustard, and seasoned salt.

    Mix thoroughly, shape into 8 loaves.

    Place in a 9x13 baking pan.

    Combine the remaining 1/2 cup ketchup, basil, and oregano; spoon over loaves.

    Bake for 35 minutes or until done (165 degrees F on a meat thermometer).
