- 2 pounds Ground Beef
- 1 whole Egg
- 1- 1/4 cup Ketchup, Divided
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs
- 2 Tablespoons Parsley Flakes
- 2 Tablespoons Minced Onion
- 1 teaspoon Ground Dry Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoons Season-All Seasoned Salt
- 1 teaspoon Basil Leaves (dry, Crushed)
- 1 teaspoon Oregano Leaves (dry, Crushed)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Combine meat, egg, 3/4 cup ketchup, bread crumbs, parsley, onion, mustard, and seasoned salt.

2Mix thoroughly, shape into 8 loaves.

3Place in a 9x13 baking pan.

4Combine the remaining 1/2 cup ketchup, basil, and oregano; spoon over loaves.

5Bake for 35 minutes or until done (165 degrees F on a meat thermometer).
