  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons pastry flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Nutella

Directions

    Beat the egg in a bowl and add the oil.

    Sift the flour, baking powder, and cocoa together in a separate bowl and add the sugar.

    Add the egg mixture to the flour and mix together with a fork.

    Divide the batter between two ramekins and add a tablespoon of Nutella to each. Stir to swirl the Nutella through the batter.

    Microwave on high for 1 minute. Continue to microwave for 10 seconds at a time, checking often to make sure the mixture doesn't bubble over the ramekin. Repeat for a total of 1 1/2 or 2 minutes, until an inserted toothpick comes out almost perfectly clean.
